Kiwi is a juicy fruit with high content of vitamin C. It has no smooth peel. Kiwi is the refined addition to fruit salads, desserts and ice cream. Kiwi’s advantage is what even after 6 months of storage - 90 % of vitamin C is keep. The pulp contains also aktinidin – enzyme, which decomposing protein. Outgoing from this, is not necessary to prepare milky cocktails with kiwi, because fruit promotes occurrence of bitter taste.
