This fruits resembles oranges, but it is less on the size and slightly flat. They are cleaned easily, because have thin peel. Fruit of a tangerine used in a wet kind, and those parts are closed. They contain about 87 % of water, 8 % of sugar, 0,9 % of protein, 1,9 % of a fat, it is a lot of vitamin C, vitamin A and from group B, folic acid, and also potassium, calcium, phosphorus, magnesium, soda salt, iron and Zinc.
